New Empire Tops Out Kips Bay Project, Reaches Sales Milestone

Less than two months since launching sales, New Empire Corp.’s Hendrix House, a boutique condominium project, is celebrating topping out and its 50% in contract milestones. Located at 250 E. 25th St. in Manhattan’s Kips Bay neighborhood, Hendrix House has also opened a ground-floor sales gallery.

Spanning 12 stories and featuring a mix of 60 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, Hendrix House is being developed by New Empire, a leading New York-based development and construction management firm. Sales and marketing is led by CORE Real Estate, with co-exclusive agent One Realty.
