We are proud to announce that Centric NYC, our latest development located at 58-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, has officially topped out! This significant milestone marks the completion of the building’s structure and brings us closer to delivering a transformative residential community in Queens.



To commemorate this achievement, New Empire Corp. and our sales partners at One Realty Global gathered with collaborators and guests for a rooftop celebration. With the Woodside and Queens skylines as the backdrop, we reflected on the progress achieved and the vision that continues to guide Centric NYC forward.
