Ken Zhao is the Vice Chairman & President of New Empire Builders Corp. This is the key department within New Empire Group that leads all the vertically integrated driven divisions. Ken has been involved in the building and construction industry for more than 20 +  years and is the second generation to lead the construction company.  After joining the company full time, he took on roles of increasing responsibility in field construction, project management, and executive leadership. He is responsible for the management, oversight of the strategic planning and execution of the construction operations of the entire division and sits on the Executive Leadership Committee.  Under Ken's leadership, where he manages a highly skilled team, he ensures that every project is meticulously completed on time and ensures it in a cost-effective manner where within his division's portfolio it has totaled over $1Billion dollars in construction during his tenure.
