Kannon Tam serves as the Executive Vice President of New Empire Builder Corp.  As a 20-year veteran of the construction industry, he is responsible for the company’s construction strategy, operations and deployment. In his capacity, he manages all the day to day operations of that staffing, contracting and relative services within our construction portfolio and sits on the Executive Leadership Committee. Under Kannon's leadership, we have achieved measurable and metric based successes within our development and construction divisions on multiple projects, totaling well over $500MM, completed under his supervision.  

 

Kannon holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the Pratt Institute.​
