Mr. Calvin Chan is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Investment Officer at New Empire Corp. Mr. Chan consults the strategic initiatives and investment activities at New Empire and its affiliated companies. With great expertise in the field of real estate development and investment, Mr. Chan is responsible for developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining New Empire’s strategic initiatives. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer on a daily basis, Mr. Chan supervises a team of qualified professionals and help develop both short and long-term investment plans. Mr. Chan has successfully preserved and improved the company’s asset portfolio through organizing regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
